Note the Farm in Called Brynllwyn,
(Chickenshack is the name of the cooperative that owns it)
The nearest village is Rhoslefain and it is 5 miles north of Tywyn, 18 miles west of Machynlleth and on the west coast of Wales (Cymru) UK.

By train, take trains via Birmingham and Wolverhampton to Shrewsbury, Machynlleth, (Change at Machynlleth for Tywyn) toTywyn

Your destination is Tywyn, (Tow-in). There is actually a little halt of a station at Tonfanau, one stop further alongwhich is only 2 miles from us - but is a request stop only and drops you off in a beautiful but very remote spot. No busses or phone! So you're in for a trek if you get off there. If you do end up there go left (keep the sea on your left) from the station for a mile or so to Rhoslefain village, go right at the main road and take the first right up the hill for Brynllwyn.

You can plan your train journey on the National Rail Website

We are happy to pick you up from the station either Tywyn or Tonfanau but call us beforehand to warn us!

By car

There is Motorway M54 all the way to Shrewsbury, then a decent, allbeit winding main road to Welshpool and Machynlleth. Turn right in Mach and over the river and on to Aberdyfi and Tywyn.

From Tywyn, just keep going north, past Bryncrug (nearest shop/ pub) and on to the the tiny village of Rhoslefain. Take the very first left in Rhoslefain, before the first white house on the left and up the hill. Brynllwyn's drive is half a mile up there on the right. Our drive is a steep hill on the right half a mile after the village. You will pass some farm buildings before arriving in our yard.
