The nearest village is Rhoslefain and it is 5 miles
north of Tywyn, 18 miles west of Machynlleth and on
the west coast of Wales (Cymru) UK.

to Shrewsbury, Machynlleth, (Change at Machynlleth for
destination is Tywyn, (Tow-in). There is actually a
little halt of a station at Tonfanau, one stop further
alongwhich is only 2 miles from us - but is a request
stop only and drops you off in a beautiful but very
remote spot. No busses or phone! So you're in for a
trek if you get off there. If you do end up there go
left (keep the sea on your left) from the station for
a mile or so to Rhoslefain village, go right at the
main road and take the first right up the hill for Brynllwyn.

or Tonfanau but call us beforehand to warn us!
is Motorway M54 all the way to Shrewsbury, then a decent,
allbeit winding main road to Welshpool and Machynlleth.
Turn right in Mach and over the river and on to Aberdyfi
From Tywyn, just keep going north, past Bryncrug (nearest
shop/ pub) and on to the the tiny village of Rhoslefain.
Take the very first left in Rhoslefain, before the first
white house on the left and up the hill. Brynllwyn's
drive is half a mile up there on the right. Our drive
is a steep hill on the right half a mile after the village.
You will pass some farm buildings before arriving in
